Today

Hello! Today was a great day. I spent most of the day with my sister Jess. She is the BEST sister in the whole world! Anyway, this morning we woke up and we were the only ones up so, Jess made us some warm tea with whip cream and strawberries! YUM!!! While we drank the tea, we started a notebook of poems. Here is one of them that I wrote.

Sunflowers

Sparkling in the sunlight,
Flowing in the wind,
There stands a tall, sturdy sunflower.
It takes in all the laughter
That runs throughout the meadow.
I've never seen anything so beautiful,
So charming.
It stays alive all autmn long,
Until the terrible winter, starts to bring it along.
Sparkling in the sunlight,
Flowing along with the wind.

Saturdays

Saturdays our my favorite day of the week, besides Wednesday. Not only do I not have any school

but I get to spend time with my family, play with neighbors, and play outside.

Tonight, me and my daddy are going to daddy daughter date night at Chick-Fil-A. I love my Daddy so much! Well back to Saturdays, the best Saturdays are on a sunny, warm, and a little windy day. Here is a Saturday poem that I Wrote. Hope you enjoy my poem!

Saturday

Whoosh! The wind flew by

The sound of laughter and a cry

Came from the house upon the hill

For the mother that lived there was named Jill.

Saturday sun came out to play

While others in the barn worked with hay.

Dogs barked, birds chirped,

For everyone was at work.

When work was done, the children played,

Until the sun set came and made it's ray.

Then they knew it was time,

To go inside and sing a rhyme.

After that, the children got ready for bed,

And the parents stayed up late, instead.

The sun went down, and the moon came up,

For now was the time for the Saturday moon to shine.

My Family and My Two friends

I've never told you about my family, so here is a lot of things about them.
I have a Daddy, a Mommy, one sister, and two brothers. My Daddy and Mommy are the BEST parents in the whole wide world! I love them so very much!

My sister Jess is twenty-one and she is she is the best sister she could ever be!! She likes to garden and work outside as much as she can. My first brother is Josh. He's eighteen. I love him so very much! He likes to work outside in his shed. Now last but not least Coley. He is twelve and he turns thirteen in February. I love him with all my heart. He likes to play and be silly with me. I love all my family!

Here is some stuff about my two best friends. Betsy is nine and so is Abby. Betsy has short light brown curly hair, and her personality is crazy, funny, and nice! Abby has glasses, and dark brown short curly hair. And her personality is crazy, funny and nice again. Betsy made up the word fluffball. Fluffballs are those little fuzzy pom poms. We also made up Fluffballs club. Fluffballs rules!!!

2012 and Christmas!!!!!

I can't believe it's 2012!! 2011 flew by!!! I love when a new year starts. I also had a great Christmas too! I got an american girl doll named Josefina from my nana, and from santa I got a scooter, a camera, two littlest pet shop sets, some squinkies, little lalaloopsys, a new keyboard, some american girl doll clothes, and I think that's it from santa.

From my daddy I got a prayer journal, from mommy I got a girls devotional and a Bible case, from Jess, my sister (21) I got some more little lalaloopsys, from Josh my brother (18) I got a reindeer webkinz that I named Blitzen (Blitz for short) and a snow white pack of squinkies, and from my brother Coley (12 and a 1/4) I got a big lalaloopsy.

Baptism

Today I got baptized in a lake at Tugalo State Park. I did it because the Lord is my Savior and I wanted to do it for Him. Baptism means more than just going in water and putting your head under. It means that you are going under water first dirty with sin and when you come up you come up cleansed.

The Lord is also an amazing person. He made this whole universe, He made you and me, He made all things!

But, we also have some questions about some parts of Bible. Like, what were the names of Jesus's siblings,and how many did He have. These questions are unanswered until we arrive in Heaven.

Autumn

Autumn is a very beautiful season! It is also my favortite season because school is starting and the weather is really nice. Lately, around my house it has been really nice weather, though we haven't had any rain. When I think of autumn I think of a lot of different things. I think of how God created every leaf and trees and how He makes to make the weather cooler.

Fall

The last of October we lock the garden gate.
The flowers all have withered that used to stand straight.
The last of October we put the swings away and the porch looks deserted
Where we like to play.
The last of October the birds have all flown, the screens are in the attic, the sand
Pile's all gone.
Everythings put away before it starts to snow
I wonder if the ladybugs have any where to go.

I like autumn so much!

My Birthday

My birthday was the 4th of September, and I turned nine! I had lots of fun!
My birthday party was on Friday, so I'll tell you about that first. Well, first of all me, my friend Betsy, my mom, and my brother went the American Girl Doll store at Northpoint Mall. I got the new doll named Cecile and Betsy got Marie-Grace. They're really pretty!

Next we went to the Disney Store for about 10 minutes and didn't buy anything. After that we went to Build-a-Bear-Workshop. There I got a tabby cat and named it Emily. Betsy got a daisy bunny named Starburst. And last but not least Coley got a Fennec Fox named Peter. So we left the mall and met my sister Jessica at Fox's Pizza Den and ate there. The day went on and Betsy spent the night. The next day we played and played until she had to go.

Well, anyway that Sunday was my birthday! That day we went to my Nana and Dedad's house. When we got there, we were welcomed like always. The girls helped in the kitchen and the boys went in the living room to talk, like always. What we cooked looked delicious! Steak, okra, potato salad, aspargus, squash, baked beans, chicken, salmon, rolls, and I think thats all. We finshed cooking, called the boys, prayed, then ate. The food was delicious like always!

After a delicious supper I opened my presents. I got a barbie in the new movie Princess Charm School, a book called Tango about a little yorkie, and a make your own build a bear. After that me, daddy, my sister, and my two brothers went outside to play baseball. It was girls against boys and daddy was the all time pitcher. The last hit my sister made, all the leaves started falling. It was really really neat. At the end of the game we ended up in a tie. We all went inside, packed up our stuff, said our "I love you's" and left. That was a fun day!
I am truly blessed!!
